Refund Policy
Manifest LMS
Refund Policy — Individual Course Purchases
1. Scope
This Refund Policy governs refund eligibility, procedures, and limitations for individual course purchases made through Manifest LMS, the learning management platform operated by AndeCore Learning (AndeCore Company, LLC, DBA AndeCore Learning).
This Policy applies to courses purchased directly by individual learners through the platform’s standard checkout process. It does not apply to organizational seat pack purchases, which are governed by a separate Seat Banking & Refund Policy.
All refunds under this Policy are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. AndeCore Learning does not issue refunds as platform credits, gift codes, or transfers to alternative payment methods.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined by two factors: the time elapsed since purchase and the extent to which the course has been accessed. Both conditions must be evaluated together.
2.1 Full Refund — Course Not Started
A full refund is available if the following conditions are both met:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
- The learner has not accessed any course content
For the purposes of this Policy, “accessed” means that the learner has opened or viewed any lesson, module, interactive element, or other content within the course through the LearningSpace. Simply logging in to the platform or viewing the course detail page does not constitute access.
If both conditions are met, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.
2.2 Partial Refund — Course Partially Accessed
A partial refund of 50% of the amount paid is available if the following conditions are both met:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
- The learner has accessed no more than 50% of the course content
Access is measured by the proportion of lessons the learner has opened or viewed, regardless of whether those lessons have been completed. A lesson that has been opened but not finished still counts as accessed.
If both conditions are met, a refund of 50% of the amount actually paid will be issued.
2.3 No Refund
No refund is available under any of the following circumstances:
- The refund request is submitted more than 7 calendar days after the original purchase date, regardless of access
- The learner has accessed more than 50% of the course content, regardless of when the request is submitted
- The learner’s access was terminated due to a violation of the Code of Conduct, Anti-Harassment & Safety Policy, Terms of Service, or any other platform governance document
3. Course Swap Requests
If a learner enrolls in the wrong course and would like to transfer their enrollment to a different course, AndeCore Learning will accommodate one course swap request under the following conditions.
3.1 Eligibility
A course swap is available if:
- The learner has not completed any lesson in the originally enrolled course
- The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
For the purposes of this provision, “completed” means that the learner has finished a lesson to the point that the platform has recorded it as complete. A lesson that has been accessed or partially viewed but not completed does not disqualify the learner from a course swap.
3.2 Pricing
If the requested course is priced at the same amount or less than the original course, the swap will be processed at no additional charge. No refund of the price difference will be issued for a lower-priced course.
If the requested course is priced higher than the original course, the learner must pay the difference before the swap is processed.
3.3 One Swap Limit
Each individual purchase is eligible for one course swap only. If a learner requests a swap and subsequently determines that the replacement course was also not the intended course, the following applies:
- The learner may choose to proceed with the replacement course and complete it as enrolled
- Alternatively, the learner may forfeit the enrollment entirely, in which case access to both the original course and the replacement course will be revoked and no refund will be issued
No additional swaps, refunds, or credits will be issued beyond the one-swap allowance.
3.4 Effect on Access
When a course swap is processed, access to the original course is revoked immediately. Any progress, submissions, or interaction data from the original course will not transfer to the replacement course. The learner begins the replacement course with no prior progress.
4. Technical Access Failures
This section addresses situations where a learner is unable to access course content due to a platform-side technical failure, as distinct from the standard refund provisions described in Section 2.
4.1 Eligibility
If a learner purchases a course and is prevented from accessing the course content due to a technical issue originating from the platform — such as a system error, broken enrollment record, or infrastructure failure — the learner may report the issue to legal@andecorelearning.com within 7 calendar days of purchase.
4.2 Investigation and Resolution
AndeCore Learning will investigate the reported issue and determine whether the access failure was caused by a platform-side problem. If the issue is confirmed:
- AndeCore Learning will first attempt to resolve the technical issue and restore the learner’s access
- If the issue cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued at AndeCore Learning’s discretion
4.3 Exclusions
This provision does not apply to access issues caused by:
- The learner’s own device, browser, network, or software configuration
- Third-party service outages beyond AndeCore Learning’s reasonable control
- Account suspension or termination resulting from a policy violation
- Temporary platform maintenance or scheduled downtime
5. Discounted and Coupon Purchases
If a course was purchased using a discount code, coupon, or promotional pricing, the refund amount is calculated based on the amount the learner actually paid at the time of purchase, not the full listed price of the course.
For example, if a course is listed at $100 and the learner purchased it for $60 using a discount code, a full refund under Section 2.1 would be $60, and a partial refund under Section 2.2 would be $30.
Discount codes and coupons are not reissued or restored when a refund is processed. A refund does not entitle the learner to reuse a discount code that was applied to the original purchase.
6. How to Request a Refund
6.1 Submitting a Request
Refund and course swap requests must be submitted in writing to legal@andecorelearning.com. Requests should include:
- The learner’s full name and the email address associated with their account
- The name of the course for which the refund or swap is being requested
- The approximate date of purchase
- The reason for the request
- For course swaps: the name of the course the learner would like to enroll in instead
6.2 Processing Timeline
AndeCore Learning will acknowledge receipt of refund requests within 72 hours and will process eligible refunds within 10 business days of approval. Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method. Actual posting times to the learner’s account depend on their financial institution and may take additional business days.
6.3 Disputes and Chargebacks
Learners who believe they are entitled to a refund must submit their request through the process described in this section before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting AndeCore Learning may result in immediate suspension of the learner’s account and access to all enrolled courses pending resolution of the dispute.
AndeCore Learning will cooperate with payment processors to resolve disputes but reserves the right to contest chargebacks that are initiated without prior contact or that are inconsistent with the terms of this Policy.
7. Refund Summary

8. Limitations and Exclusions
8.1 Digital Content Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase on Manifest LMS, learners acknowledge that they are purchasing immediate access to digital educational content. The refund terms described in this Policy represent the full extent of AndeCore Learning’s refund obligations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, learners waive any statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that may otherwise apply to digital content purchases.
8.2 No Refunds for Dissatisfaction with Content
AndeCore Learning courses are intentionally designed to be rigorous, reflective, and demanding. Disagreement with course content, discomfort with subject matter, or dissatisfaction with the difficulty or approach of a course does not constitute grounds for a refund. The Course Complexity Statement, available on the platform, describes the nature of the learning experience in detail.
8.3 No Refunds After Policy Violations
Learners whose accounts are suspended or terminated due to violations of the Code of Conduct, Anti-Harassment & Safety Policy, Terms of Service, or any other platform governance document are not eligible for refunds, regardless of their access level or the time elapsed since purchase.
8.4 Currency
All refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD), the same currency in which the original purchase was made. AndeCore Learning is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may apply.
9. Relationship to Other Policies
This Refund Policy operates alongside and is supplemental to the following AndeCore Learning documents:
- Terms of Service
- Privacy Policy
- Code of Conduct
- Anti-Harassment & Safety Policy
- Course Complexity Statement
- Platform Disclosures
In the event of conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service govern. In the event of conflict between this Policy and applicable law, applicable law governs.
Refund terms for organizational seat pack purchases are governed by the Seat Banking & Refund Policy, which is a separate document.
10. Changes to This Policy
AndeCore Learning reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or prominent notice on the platform. Changes to this Policy do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the effective date of the change.
Continued use of Manifest LMS after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
